BallLocker

BallLocker is a mobile + web app for teams and facilities to manage ball and implement inventory (basketballs, soccer balls, volleyballs, medicine balls, shot puts, etc.) without expensive hardware. Staff create a “kit” (e.g., Varsity Practice Bag), label items with cheap QR stickers, then check items in/out to coaches or players in seconds. The app logs who has what, when it’s due back, and flags chronic loss points (specific teams, time slots, locations). It also tracks condition with quick inspections (pressure/feel rating, surface wear, valve issues) and recommends retirement thresholds so you stop practicing with junk equipment. Reports show shrinkage rate, replacement spend, and accountability by season. This is not glamorous, but it targets a boring, recurring operational leak that schools and clubs quietly waste money on every year.
