It pulls official contest lists, candidate filings, and ballot measure texts, then summarizes them into neutral, source-linked briefs with side-by-side comparisons (positions, endorsements, funding, and past votes where applicable). The app focuses on reducing last-minute confusion: deadlines, ID rules, early voting locations, and what’s actually on the ballot—especially down-ballot races that most voters skip. It’s an AI-assisted product, but every summary is traceable to citations and includes a “show me the original” toggle to reduce mistrust. Monetization is primarily B2B: local newsrooms, civic orgs, and universities can embed co-branded guides; consumers get a free core experience with optional premium alerts and offline ballot PDFs.
