BaptismBrief is a mobile + web app that standardizes baptism preparation and follow-up for churches without turning it into a cold checklist. It gives pastors and admin teams a simple intake form for parents/candidates, automatically generates a clear “next steps” plan (classes, required documents, godparent/sponsor requirements), and keeps everyone on schedule with reminders. It also stores key pastoral notes, consent forms, and scheduling details in one place so staff aren’t digging through email threads. The app includes denomination-configurable templates (Catholic, Anglican, Lutheran, Reformed, non-denominational) because requirements vary widely and that’s where most tools fall apart. This is a traditional app with light AI: AI helps draft personalized prep plans and message templates, but the church controls the final wording and requirements.
