Shoppers pledge to buy; the deal only activates when the minimum quantity is reached, so merchants don’t lose money and buyers get real discounts. The app focuses on categories where local supply is messy and margins are tight—groceries, household staples, personal care, and pet supplies—rather than trying to be “another Amazon.” Merchants get a simple dashboard to list batches, set minimums, and schedule pickup windows. Buyers get nearby deals, transparent thresholds, and pickup/last-mile options. An AI layer helps merchants price batches and predicts whether a deal will clear before it goes live, reducing failed campaigns and wasted time.
