BatchBather is a mobile + web app that helps people manage bath and body products by batch/lot number, opening date, and realistic shelf-life. You scan a barcode, snap the batch code, and the app estimates “best-by” windows based on product type (body wash, lotion, scrub), storage conditions, and user-reported changes (smell, separation, irritation). It sends reminders to use up items before they go off, flags risky products (expired SPF body lotions, preservative-light naturals), and builds a simple “use-next” routine to reduce clutter. It also supports quick incident logging (rash, dryness) tied to specific products/batches so users can identify patterns and avoid repeats. This is not glamorous, but it’s practical: it prevents wasted money, reduces skin reactions, and makes it easier to rotate products safely.
