BatchBeacon is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for operations teams running repeatable workflows—order fulfillment, lab batches, field service tickets, returns, and internal approvals. It connects to existing systems (ERP, WMS, ticketing, spreadsheets) and builds a live “batch health” view: where work is piling up, which step is slowing, and what’s likely to miss SLA. The AI layer doesn’t pretend to run your business; it simply flags anomalies, predicts delay risk from historical cycle times, and drafts short incident notes for handoffs. Teams can set thresholds (e.g., queue length, aging, rework rate) and get alerts with suggested next actions. The goal is fewer surprise escalations, faster root-cause discovery, and a shared operational truth without replacing incumbent systems.
