BatchBeacon

BatchBeacon is a mobile + web AI-assisted routine builder that turns your messy to-do list into realistic “batch windows” (calls, errands, admin, deep work) based on your actual energy patterns and constraints. You connect your calendar, set a few non-negotiables (work hours, pickup times, gym), and log a 10-second energy check-in twice a day for a week. The app then proposes a weekly batching plan with protected focus blocks, grouped tasks, and buffer time, plus a simple “do now” queue when plans inevitably break. It’s not another habit tracker; it’s a scheduling layer that prioritizes batching and recovery. It also includes a lightweight “batch templates” system (e.g., Monday Admin Sweep, Thursday Errands Loop) and a frictionless rescheduler that preserves batch integrity instead of scattering tasks randomly across the week.
