BatchBells

BatchBells is a mobile + web app that helps people group recurring work into realistic “batch windows” (e.g., admin, errands, meal prep, house reset) and then protects those windows with lightweight rules. Instead of building an idealized routine, users pick 6–12 common task types, set frequency, energy level, and location constraints, and the app generates a weekly batching plan with buffer time and “spillover” slots. It nudges users to start a batch, not micromanage every task. A simple timer + checklist flow keeps sessions short and finishable. The app also tracks energy patterns (self-reported in 5 seconds) and suggests moving batches to better times. It integrates with Google Calendar/Apple Calendar so batches appear as blocks, but it avoids becoming another complicated planner. This is a combination traditional + AI app (AI used only for scheduling suggestions and pattern detection).
