Instead of pretending you’re a full restaurant POS, it focuses on the messy reality: limited prep capacity, last-minute menu changes, and chaotic pickup lines. Hosts create a drop (menu, quantities, pickup/arrival slots, location rules), guests prepay, and the app issues a QR code for fast check-in. It automatically throttles orders by time slot to prevent kitchen overload and sends SMS updates if timing slips. After the event, it generates a simple prep-by-batch list and post-mortem metrics (sell-through, no-shows, peak pickup congestion).
