BatchBlocks

BatchBlocks is a web + desktop app that helps knowledge workers group repetitive tasks into “batches” and execute them in focused sprints. Instead of managing endless individual to-dos, you define a batch template (e.g., “Invoice processing,” “Recruiting outreach,” “Content publishing”), attach a checklist, required files/links, and a fixed timebox. The app then generates batch sessions on a calendar, locks notifications during the sprint, and provides a single workspace with everything needed to finish the batch. It integrates with Gmail/Outlook, Google Drive/Dropbox, and Slack to pull relevant items into the session queue. A lightweight AI assistant can suggest better batching (based on your completed sessions) and auto-draft repetitive messages, but the core value works without AI. The goal is less context switching, fewer half-finished tasks, and predictable throughput.
