BatchBlocks
BatchBlocks is a mobile + web AI-assisted routine builder that turns messy schedules into realistic batching blocks. Instead of asking you to “plan your ideal week,” it reads what you actually do: meetings, commute windows, recurring obligations, and typical task durations. You pick 3–6 categories you want to batch (email, errands, deep work, calls, admin), set constraints (energy peaks, no-context-switch windows, minimum block size), and the app proposes a weekly template that fits around immovable events. It then monitors drift: when your week gets disrupted, it suggests the smallest possible reshuffle rather than a full re-plan. The app is blunt about feasibility—if your calendar leaves no contiguous time for deep work, it tells you and shows what must change. It focuses on “good enough,” repeatable routines, not perfection.
