BatchBreeze

BatchBreeze is a web + desktop app that converts messy to-do lists and incoming requests into time-blocked “batch sessions.” Connect Gmail/Outlook, Slack, and your task tool (Todoist/Asana/Jira). The app detects repeatable work types (email replies, approvals, expense reviews, support triage, content edits) and groups them into focused batches with a fixed start/end time. It enforces lightweight rules: no context switching during a batch, quick capture for interruptions, and a “next batch” queue so nothing gets lost. You get a daily plan, a single active batch view, and a simple scorecard showing how much time you saved by batching vs. ad-hoc switching. This is not a magical productivity cure; it’s a disciplined workflow tool that reduces decision fatigue and protects focus, especially for people drowning in small tasks.
