BatchBridge

BatchBridge is a mobile + web app (AI + traditional) that helps households and small meal-prep businesses reduce waste by converting leftover ingredients and partial meal-kit components into a realistic plan for the next 5–7 days. Users scan receipts or meal-kit cards, then log what’s actually left after cooking (half a sauce packet, extra veg, unused spice blend). The app generates a “use-it-up” schedule with simple recipes, prep steps, and a minimal top-up grocery list. It also flags items nearing expiry and suggests batch-cook options that fit the user’s time windows (e.g., 20 minutes weeknights, 90 minutes Sunday). This is not a full meal-kit marketplace; it’s a pragmatic planner that works with whatever you already bought. It integrates with Instacart/Amazon Fresh for top-ups and supports household preferences (allergies, picky eaters) without pretending it can perfectly predict taste.
