BatchBuild is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) that turns a DIY project into a realistic weekend-by-weekend execution plan optimized for fewer trips, fewer tool changes, and fewer mistakes. You pick a project type (deck, shelves, drywall patch, tile backsplash), enter rough dimensions, your tool list, skill level, and the store you shop at. The app generates a step sequence, grouped “batches” (cutting, drilling, fastening, finishing), and a consolidated shopping list with waste factors and alternates when items are out of stock. It also includes a simple “pause/resume” mode: after each session, you log what’s done and what went wrong; the plan updates and reorders steps to match reality. It won’t magically make you a pro—its value is logistics, sequencing, and reducing avoidable friction that kills DIY momentum.
