BatchMap
BatchMap helps you batch errands and recurring routines by location, time window, and energy level—then turns them into a realistic plan you’ll actually follow. You dump tasks like “pharmacy, groceries, return package, pick up dry cleaning” and it groups them into sensible batches (e.g., one “north side” run) with a suggested order and time estimate. It also supports routine templates (weekly restock, monthly admin, Sunday reset) so you stop re-planning from scratch. The app is intentionally not a full calendar replacement: it focuses on batching decisions and execution. It integrates with Google Calendar for time blocks and uses simple checklists with “done” feedback to improve future estimates. Brutal truth: most people won’t maintain complex productivity systems, so BatchMap keeps inputs minimal and leans on automation where it matters (grouping + routing).
