BatchPilot

BatchPilot is a mobile + web AI-assisted planning app that turns your messy task list into realistic batching routines. You connect your calendar and task sources, then the app groups work by context (calls, deep work, errands, admin) and proposes repeatable routines (e.g., “Mon AM: admin triage,” “Tue/Thu: meetings,” “Fri: finance”). It forces constraints: energy levels, meeting load, commute windows, and hard deadlines, then produces a schedule you can actually follow. The brutal part: it will say “no”—it highlights overcommitment and requires you to drop, defer, or delegate before it will generate a plan. It tracks adherence lightly (check-ins, not surveillance) and learns which routines stick. This isn’t another to-do list; it’s a batching coach that makes tradeoffs explicit and keeps your week stable.
