BatchProof is a mobile + web app that helps small food and beverage businesses run simple, credible batch traceability without enterprise software. You create a batch in seconds, link ingredients and suppliers, print a QR label, and log where each batch shipped (customers, invoices, delivery routes). If there’s a complaint or potential contamination, you can identify affected batches and customers fast, generate a recall notice, and export an audit-ready trace report. It also stores key documents (COAs, supplier certificates, allergen statements) tied to each ingredient and batch. This is not glamorous, but it’s the kind of operational tool that prevents expensive chaos. The MVP focuses on speed and usability for teams that still run on spreadsheets, text messages, and paper logs.
