BatchProof

BatchProof is a web app for teams running scheduled data processing (ETL/ELT, nightly jobs, file drops) who need reliable, lightweight validation without building a full observability stack. It ingests run metadata (start/end time, row counts, file hashes, key aggregates) via a simple API/CLI and stores “expected vs actual” checks per dataset and job. When a run deviates, it alerts with a clear, human-readable diff and a reproducible query/snippet to confirm the issue. It’s not a magic fixer: it won’t repair broken pipelines automatically, and it won’t replace enterprise platforms. The value is fast, standardized proof that outputs are sane, plus an audit trail for stakeholders. It’s designed for small-to-mid data teams that are tired of ad-hoc SQL checks, brittle spreadsheets, and waking up to silent data corruption.
