BatchProof

BatchProof is a mobile + web app that helps contractors and QA teams validate construction material deliveries (concrete, rebar, insulation, gypsum, timber) against submittals, specs, and purchase orders—fast. Users scan a delivery ticket/QR, capture photos of labels and markings, and log key fields (heat numbers, mix design, lot/batch, certifications). An AI extraction layer reads messy PDFs and photos, flags mismatches, and generates a clean, time-stamped compliance record. The system creates a “chain-of-custody” trail: who received it, where it was stored, and where it was installed. It exports a simple package for the GC, owner, or inspector (including NCR-ready notes). This is not a magic “fix quality” tool; it’s a practical documentation and verification workflow that reduces rework, disputes, and schedule delays caused by wrong or undocumented materials.
