BatchProof is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps lab-grown and alternative protein companies generate credible, audit-ready “batch dossiers” for customers, regulators, and retail partners. It centralizes COAs, microbial/pathogen tests, allergen panels, media inputs, process parameters, and chain-of-custody into a standardized template. An AI layer extracts key fields from PDFs, flags missing tests against configurable requirements (e.g., retailer specs, country import rules), and highlights out-of-spec trends across lots. The app outputs shareable, permissioned links and downloadable compliance packets, reducing the endless back-and-forth with QA teams and buyers. It’s not a magic regulatory approval tool; it’s a workflow and evidence system that makes your documentation clean, consistent, and harder to poke holes in.
