BatchProof

BatchProof is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for luxury brands and boutique labs producing bespoke skincare formulations in micro-batches. It creates a tamper-evident record for each client’s formula: ingredient lots, COAs, supplier docs, allergen flags, stability notes, manufacturing steps, and final labels—tied to a single batch ID. It also generates region-specific documentation packs (e.g., EU/UK/US) and internal QA checklists so teams stop living in spreadsheets and email threads. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional workflows for traceability and approvals, plus AI to auto-extract data from PDFs (COAs/SDS), detect missing fields, and draft compliant label copy with human sign-off. The goal is not “invent formulas,” but to make bespoke production auditable, repeatable, and defensible when a client complains or regulators ask questions.
