BatClaim

BatClaim is a mobile + web app for amateur and semi-pro cricket leagues to log, review, and resolve match disputes fast. Teams can submit a “claim” (e.g., no-ball confusion, boundary call, player eligibility, over limit, scoring error) with time-stamped score snapshots, short video clips, and witness notes. The app guides users through a structured form so complaints aren’t emotional essays, then routes the case to the right league official with an SLA and a clear decision workflow. A lightweight rules library (customizable per league) helps standardize outcomes and reduces inconsistent rulings. It won’t eliminate controversy, but it will reduce endless WhatsApp fights, protect volunteers from harassment, and create an audit trail that leagues can point to when tempers flare.
