Contractors submit itemized bids (labor, materials allowances, permits, demo, plumbing/electrical, waterproofing) and required docs (license, insurance, references). The app flags common red flags: vague allowances, missing waterproofing steps, unrealistic timelines, and change-order traps. You get an apples-to-apples comparison view, a “fair price range” estimate based on local data, and a contract-ready summary you can export. This is a web app + mobile companion, combining traditional workflows with AI for scope generation and bid analysis. It’s not glamorous, but it targets the most expensive part: choosing the wrong contractor.
