BayBoard

BayBoard is a mobile + web app for independent repair shops to get customer approvals fast and reduce comebacks. Techs create a job “board” with photos, short videos, and line-item estimates (parts, labor, taxes). Customers receive a link (no login required) to review evidence, ask questions via chat, and approve/decline each item with a digital signature and payment hold. The system timestamps everything, stores before/after media, and generates a clean audit trail that protects the shop when disputes happen. It also sends automated status updates (“diagnosis complete,” “awaiting parts,” “ready for pickup”) so service advisors aren’t stuck answering the same calls all day. This is not a marketplace; it’s shop software that plugs into how shops already work and focuses on one measurable outcome: faster approvals and higher estimate acceptance rates.
