BayReady

BayReady is a web + mobile app for warehouses to enforce dock appointments and cut detention. It replaces messy email chains and “first come, first served” arguments with a simple slot-booking workflow tied to real constraints: door type, equipment needs, load type, labor availability, and yard congestion. Carriers request slots, the warehouse approves or auto-accepts based on rules, and both sides get a single source of truth. On arrival, drivers check in via QR code; the dock lead sees a live queue, exceptions, and which loads are at risk of missing cutoffs. An AI layer flags likely late arrivals using historical carrier performance and suggests slot swaps to reduce idle doors. This is not a full WMS/TMS—just a focused dock scheduling and compliance tool that can integrate later.
