BayReady is a web + mobile app for retailers running click-and-collect that reduces curbside chaos by managing the physical handoff, not just the order. It gives stores a simple “bay readiness” workflow: assign an order to a pickup bay, confirm staging completion, and trigger customer arrival instructions only when staff and space are actually ready. Customers get a link (no login) that guides them to the correct bay, asks for vehicle details, and supports one-tap “I’m here” check-in with geofence fallback to QR. Staff see a live queue with SLA timers, bay occupancy, and exceptions (missing items, substitutions, ID checks). It integrates with existing OMS/POS via lightweight webhooks and focuses on operational truth: if the store can’t fulfill on time, it communicates early and rebooks automatically. This is not glamorous—just the unsexy layer that prevents angry curbside lines.
