BedLoadLog is a mobile + web app for pickup and light-duty truck owners who haul materials for work (landscapers, small contractors, farm runs, side-gig haulers). It creates a simple, defensible “load record” for each trip: what was loaded, approximate weight/volume, tie-down checklist, photos before/after, and a timestamped route summary. The goal isn’t to magically weigh a truck (it can’t), but to reduce the real-world pain of arguments with customers, jobsite managers, and insurers when something shifts, spills, or arrives short. Users can attach receipts, dump tickets, and delivery signatures, then export a clean PDF report. It also reminds users of common securement rules and generates a quick pre-trip checklist tailored to the cargo type. This is a traditional app with light AI assistance for photo labeling and document extraction.
