BellBrief is a web + mobile app that turns your lesson plan into a live, in-class “run of show.” Teachers pick a template (Do Now, mini-lesson, practice, exit ticket), set target minutes, and start a single timeline that stays visible on a phone, laptop, or projected screen. The app gives subtle cues (vibration, watch/phone notifications, on-screen color shifts) at key transitions, and logs what actually happened vs. planned. After class, it auto-generates a quick “time audit” showing where time leaked (late start, overlong directions, slow transitions) and suggests one concrete adjustment for next time. It integrates with Google Classroom/Calendar to pull schedules and reduces setup by reusing routines.
