BellFlow

BellFlow is a mobile + web app that helps teachers run consistent, timed transition routines without juggling multiple tools. Teachers build a small library of “transition cards” (e.g., Clean Up, Line Up, Centers Rotate) with an audio cue, on-screen directions, a countdown timer, and optional student-facing QR display. During class, the teacher taps a card and the routine runs: visual timer on the projector, subtle sound cues, and a quick checklist the teacher can mark as students comply. After each transition, BellFlow logs duration and interruptions so teachers can see which routines consistently run long and adjust. This is not magic: it won’t fix behavior problems alone. It’s a practical, repeatable system that reduces decision fatigue and makes expectations visible, especially for younger grades and neurodiverse learners. Setup is fast, and it works offline in classrooms with unreliable Wi‑Fi.
