BellSync

BellSync is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps schools keep master schedules and daily timetables usable when the real world interferes—teacher absences, room conflicts, exam blocks, assemblies, IEP pull-outs, and last-minute staffing changes. Instead of rebuilding schedules in spreadsheets or emailing chaos, admins input constraints (teacher certifications, max class sizes, room equipment, union rules, lunch duty, travel time) and BellSync generates feasible adjustments and a clear “impact report” showing which classes move, who covers, and what rules were violated (if any). It also publishes personalized updates to students and staff, with acknowledgement tracking. This is an AI + traditional app: AI proposes options, but the system remains constraint-driven and auditable so schools can trust it. The MVP focuses on one painful workflow: daily coverage + conflict-free room/period swaps.
