BellSync

BellSync is a web + mobile app that helps K-12 teachers and grade teams keep instruction on track when reality hits: assemblies, testing windows, snow days, shortened periods, and surprise interruptions. Teachers load a pacing plan (units, lessons, required minutes, key assessments) and connect it to the school bell schedule and calendar. When the schedule changes, BellSync recalculates what can realistically be taught, flags standards/lessons at risk, and proposes a revised day-by-day plan with time estimates. It also generates quick “compression options” (what to trim, what to merge, what to push) and produces a shareable plan for teams and admins. This is not a full LMS replacement; it’s a lightweight pacing and schedule intelligence layer that plugs into existing tools. Expect pushback if it’s complicated—so the product must stay dead simple and fast.
