Users see a map with “confidence scores” based on recent check-ins, photos, and basic sensor-style signals (time since last report, crowd density proxies, and city data when available). It’s designed for everyday needs: seniors who need frequent rests, parents with kids, people with mobility limitations, and anyone who just wants a reliable place to sit. The app avoids pretending it can “solve” city maintenance; it simply surfaces what’s currently workable and routes you to it. Monetization is realistic: B2B subscriptions for Business Improvement Districts (BIDs), campuses, and municipalities to monitor hotspots and prioritize maintenance, plus optional consumer premium for offline maps and accessibility filters.
