BenchBuddy

BenchBuddy is a mobile + web app for guilds/clans that struggle with unreliable attendance, late arrivals, and last-minute role gaps. It connects to Discord and in-game calendars (where possible) to create a single RSVP flow: members tap Yes/No/Maybe, select roles, and confirm availability windows. The app automatically builds a bench list, pings backups when someone drops, and tracks reliability over time with simple, transparent stats (no creepy surveillance). Leaders get a clear “raid readiness” view: who’s confirmed, what roles are missing, and who can flex. Members get fewer chaotic pings and clearer expectations. This is not a full guild management suite; it’s a focused tool that fixes one recurring pain: getting the right people online at the right time without drama.
