Users create “sessions” (2-hour photo walk, Saturday garage build, weekly chess practice) with clear expectations, max headcount, and a simple cost split if needed. A lightweight reputation system focuses on show-up rate and clarity, not popularity. The app also includes hobby-specific checklists (what to bring, safety basics) and optional venue suggestions (parks, makerspaces, cafés) without trying to be a full marketplace. Monetization is straightforward: subscription for unlimited session creation, advanced filters, and verified profiles; optional affiliate links for gear lists. The goal is reducing flake and friction so people actually do their hobbies.
