BenchQueue is a web + mobile app for independent watchmakers and small service centers to manage intake, triage, parts ordering, and customer updates without enterprise complexity. Each job gets a timeline, photos, movement details, and a standardized estimate template. Customers receive a branded portal showing status (“diagnosing,” “awaiting parts,” “in service,” “QC,” “ready”), approvals, and invoices—reducing inbound “any update?” calls. The app includes a parts-request workflow that generates supplier-ready lists and tracks backorders, plus a simple SLA dashboard so the shop can see what’s stuck and why. An AI layer can draft estimates from technician notes, suggest common failure points by caliber, and auto-generate customer-friendly explanations. This is not a marketplace; it’s operational software that makes small shops look as professional as big brands while staying lightweight and affordable.
