BenchRelay is a web app (with optional Slack integration) for small service agencies and freelancers who keep losing money to “bench time.” It connects your real-time team availability, skill tags, and margin targets to a lightweight deal pipeline so you can quickly match incoming leads to who’s actually free, price it correctly, and ship a ready-to-send proposal. The app tracks capacity by week, flags overcommit risk, and suggests which leads to pursue based on delivery feasibility—not just deal size. It also creates a simple “bench marketplace” internally: when someone becomes available, BenchRelay prompts outreach sequences to past clients and warm leads with relevant case studies. This is not a full CRM replacement; it’s a capacity-first revenue ops layer built specifically for scaling service delivery without hiring too early.
