BenefitBridge

BenefitBridge is a web + mobile app that gives unemployment claimants a single, organized place to manage the messy back-and-forth that causes delays: document requests, identity verification steps, weekly certifications, and appeal deadlines. Users forward emails/SMS screenshots or upload letters; the app turns them into a timeline with due dates, checklists, and reminders. It also generates a clean “submission packet” (PDF) with a cover sheet, indexed attachments, and a submission log so users can prove what they sent and when. This is not a magic ‘get paid faster’ tool—states still move slowly—but it reduces avoidable denials and missed deadlines. Optional AI helps classify notices, extract required actions, and draft plain-language responses users can edit. The product can be sold direct-to-consumer or via nonprofits/workforce agencies that support claimants at scale.
