BenefitBridge

BenefitBridge helps older adults and their families find, track, and actually complete aging-related benefits and paperwork (Medicare plan changes, property-tax relief, utility discounts, transportation programs, SNAP, VA benefits, local senior services). The app starts with a short intake and then builds a personalized “benefits checklist” with eligibility hints, required documents, and deadline reminders. It provides plain-language steps, links to official forms, and a secure document vault for IDs, letters, and proofs. For families, it supports shared access with permissions so an adult child can help without taking over everything. An AI assistant can summarize confusing letters, draft call scripts, and pre-fill form fields from uploaded documents (with user confirmation). This is not a magic autopilot: many programs still require phone calls and in-person verification, so the product focuses on reducing missed opportunities and reducing time wasted, not “instant approvals.”
