BenefitBridge Intake is a web + mobile app that helps residents complete social security-related benefit applications accurately and quickly, then routes them to the right agency or nonprofit partner. Users answer a single guided questionnaire (in plain language), upload documents with phone camera capture, and get a readiness score showing what’s missing before submission. The app generates agency-specific forms and a printable/mail-ready packet when online submission isn’t possible. An AI assistant explains confusing questions, flags inconsistencies (e.g., income vs. employment dates), and suggests what evidence is typically accepted—without pretending to be a lawyer. For agencies and community organizations, a dashboard tracks case status, missing items, and appointment scheduling. This is not a magic “instant approval” tool; it’s a practical intake and error-reduction layer that cuts rework, denials for technicalities, and repeated office visits.
