BenevoHub

BenevoHub is a web + mobile app for faith-based charities and social service ministries to run a shared, privacy-respecting client intake and referral workflow across a local network (churches, food pantries, shelters, benevolence funds). Instead of each organization re-collecting the same information, clients complete one guided intake (with consent) and receive a verifiable “service profile” that can be shared with partner organizations. Staff can log assistance provided, schedule follow-ups, and coordinate referrals without exposing sensitive notes by default. The app includes lightweight case tracking, document capture, and a simple eligibility checklist so volunteers can handle common requests while escalating complex cases to trained staff. It’s realistic: it won’t replace full HMIS platforms, but it will cover the 80% workflow for smaller ministries that can’t afford or operate enterprise systems.
