BenevoTrack is a mobile + web app for Protestant churches to manage benevolence and member-care requests (rent help, groceries, counseling referrals, crisis support) with clear intake, approvals, and follow-up—without messy spreadsheets or informal text threads. Members or small-group leaders submit a request via a simple form; staff/elders triage, assign owners, and document actions, payments, and next steps. The app keeps a lightweight audit trail (who approved what, when) and supports privacy controls so sensitive notes are restricted to the right roles. It also generates practical reports: monthly benevolence spend, request categories, average time-to-first-response, and recurring cases. This is not a “sermon app”; it’s operational infrastructure for care ministries. Done well, it reduces dropped balls, prevents duplicate giving, and helps churches respond faster and more consistently while staying accountable to donors and leadership.
