BespokeLedger is a web + mobile app (traditional + AI) that tracks bespoke/commissioned vehicle builds end-to-end with audit-grade clarity. It replaces scattered emails, PDFs, and WhatsApp threads with a single timeline of decisions, approvals, change orders, deposits, and deliverables. Clients see a curated progress feed (only what the brand wants to reveal), while the atelier/dealer team gets internal tasking, dependency tracking, and sign-off gates. The AI layer turns conversations and meeting notes into structured “spec decisions,” flags missing approvals, and drafts change-order documents with pricing deltas and lead-time impacts. It also produces a clean handover pack at delivery: final spec, care instructions, warranty notes, and provenance records. This isn’t a design configurator; it’s a commissioning operations backbone that reduces costly misunderstandings and protects both sides when expectations shift mid-build.
