BGPGuard
BGPGuard is a web app (with an optional lightweight desktop agent) that continuously monitors your BGP announcements and upstream routes to detect route leaks, hijacks, and policy violations in near real time. It ingests live BGP updates from public collectors (e.g., RIPE RIS) and your own router telemetry, then correlates events against your intended routing policy (prefix lists, AS-path expectations, RPKI/ROA status, max-prefix thresholds). When something looks wrong, it generates a clear incident narrative: what changed, which peer triggered it, blast radius estimates, and the exact mitigation steps (e.g., filter suggestion, prepend, withdraw, or contact upstream). This is not magic—false positives happen—so the product focuses on explainability, fast triage, and actionable alerts rather than “AI that fixes the Internet.”
