BiasBrief

BiasBrief is a web + mobile AI app that helps professionals make better decisions by forcing clarity, checking reasoning, and surfacing common cognitive traps. You paste a draft decision (hire/no-hire, pricing change, roadmap bet, investment, policy, negotiation stance) and the app returns: (1) a one-page decision brief, (2) a “bias scan” highlighting likely errors (confirmation bias, sunk cost, base-rate neglect), (3) missing data/questions, (4) a pre-mortem with plausible failure paths, and (5) a recommended next step: decide, delay, or run a small test. It also stores decisions and outcomes so teams can review what worked, what didn’t, and which assumptions were wrong. This is not therapy or generic advice; it’s structured judgment support with receipts, designed to be used in 10 minutes before committing money, time, or reputation.
