You log short “decision moments” (e.g., argument, purchase, work call) in 30 seconds: what happened, what you felt, what you chose. The app then flags likely bias patterns (e.g., confirmation bias, fundamental attribution error, sunk cost), links them to your stated values/identity roles (manager, partner, friend), and suggests one tiny alternative action to test next time. A weekly “Pattern Report” shows where you’re consistent vs. self-contradicting, with trend lines and a few evidence-based prompts. It’s not therapy and it won’t pretend to diagnose you; it’s a practical reflection tool for people who want fewer avoidable mistakes and better self-awareness.
