BiasBuster is a mobile + web AI app that helps managers identify and correct day-to-day leadership behaviors that quietly damage trust: favoritism, inconsistent feedback, meeting dominance, and uneven delegation. It works by collecting lightweight weekly inputs: a 2-minute self-check, optional anonymous team pulse (3 questions), and calendar/meeting metadata (no full recording required). The app then flags patterns (e.g., always giving stretch work to the same person, praising publicly but criticizing privately, interrupting certain roles) and turns them into one concrete experiment for the next week. It includes scripts for difficult moments (missed deadlines, conflict, underperformance) and a “proof” view that shows whether behavior is actually changing over time. This is not therapy and it won’t magically make someone inspiring; it’s a practical behavior tracker for leaders who want fewer people problems and less attrition.
