BiasBuster is a mobile + web AI-assisted decision journal that stress-tests real-life choices (hiring, purchases, career moves, negotiations) for common cognitive biases and missing information. You enter a decision in plain language, your options, stakes, and deadline; the app runs a structured “bias scan” (confirmation bias, sunk cost, availability, overconfidence) and prompts you with targeted questions, quick probability checks, and a pre-mortem. It then generates a one-page decision brief you can share with a partner or team, plus a follow-up reminder to review outcomes later. Over time, it builds a private “decision accuracy” dashboard showing which biases you fall for most and which prompts actually improved outcomes. It’s not therapy and it won’t pretend to know the ‘right’ answer—its value is forcing rigor quickly when you’re rushed or emotionally invested.
