BiasChecklist

BiasChecklist is a lightweight decision-review tool that forces a quick, structured “pre-mortem” before teams ship plans, hires, budgets, or product bets. You paste a decision summary (or connect a doc), pick the decision type, and the app generates a short checklist of the most likely biases involved (e.g., confirmation bias, sunk cost, overconfidence) with 2–3 targeted questions per bias. It then asks for one piece of disconfirming evidence, a base-rate reference, and an explicit “what would change my mind” trigger. Output is a one-page decision memo you can share in Slack/Email, plus a searchable log to review outcomes later. It’s not therapy or philosophy; it’s a practical guardrail for expensive mistakes. Realistically, it won’t eliminate bias—just reduce unforced errors and improve decision hygiene over time.
