BiasReceipt is a mobile + web app that helps employees document potential discrimination and inequity in real time, then converts messy notes into a structured, time-stamped “evidence packet” they can use for HR, a union rep, or legal counsel. Users log incidents (what happened, who was present, policy violated, impact), attach screenshots/emails, and store everything in encrypted form with tamper-evident hashing. An AI assistant suggests neutral wording, flags missing details, and maps events to common workplace policies and protected-class frameworks without giving legal advice. The app also provides a private timeline view, reminders to follow up, and an export feature that produces a clean PDF/ZIP bundle. This is not a social network and not a public shaming tool; it’s a private record-keeping and clarity tool designed to reduce “he said/she said” ambiguity and help users advocate for fair treatment with less emotional and administrative burden.
