BiasReceipt is a mobile + web AI app that helps people document discrimination incidents with credible, structured evidence—without turning into a he-said/she-said mess. Users log an incident in under 2 minutes, attach screenshots, emails, audio notes, or photos, and the app generates a time-stamped “receipt” with a neutral summary, relevant policy/law pointers, and suggested next steps (HR report, manager email, ombuds, regulator). It also offers a “safe wording” assistant to reduce retaliation risk and keep communication factual. For organizations, an optional dashboard aggregates anonymized trends (locations, teams, customer touchpoints) to spot repeat issues early. This is not a magic fairness tool: it won’t ‘prove’ intent. It simply makes reporting clearer, safer, and harder to ignore, while giving companies actionable patterns instead of vague complaints.
